2004 Macedon Blanc de Noirs Sparkling White

The bouquet hints at the complexity one would expect from a vintage release. It has bready, yeasty characters and fragrant fruit.

On the palate it is rich in fruit, with citrus characters predominating with a full bodied texture and a firm acid structure.

Awarded the best of the best sparking white wine at Federation Square 2012. Named as one of Australia's top 25 sparking whites in James Halliday's Wine Companion, December 2012 - January 2013.

Macedon NV Sparkling Red Pinot Noir

A fresh, aperitif style with some extra weight and structure from the 100% Pinot Noir composition. This is the wine we hoped for; very approachable with prominent fruit and freshness on the palate through to a clean finish.

An excellent warm weather drink.

This wine was awarded a bronze medal at the 2008 Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition.

2010 Pinot Noir Rosé

Produced from 100% Pinot Noir, Chanters Ridge Rosé is a perfect summer wine. Serve chilled.

Pressed straight off the skins and fermented in stainless steel, the wine was aged for 5 months in old oak barriques prior to bottling.

Red berries, cherries and fruit aromas lead to varietal flavours and a crisp finish.

The Chanters Ridge 2007 Pinot Noir was awarded a bronze medal at the 2012 and 2011 Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition.

2004 Back Paddock Pinot Noir

The bright ruby red 2004 Back Paddock Pinot Noir exhibits aromas of strawberry and cherry fruit. The palate features a medium-bodied style with balanced acid and tannins.

Cellar for 2-4 years.

The 2004 Back Paddock was awarded a silver medal at the 2006 Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition.
